I love to experiment! Most of my songs are filled with many instruments. One I didn’t experiment much with is the drums. Here is a song, made up on the spot, with Miles Madsen on the drums. Let me know what you think! :)

If it Rained...

This song is about letting things go, and letting change come. Most times it brings something better. Just as if rain would fall everyday, as a result, flooding, etc. would come. Change can be necessary for progression. So here is a song inspired by different poems I enjoy, and I put them to music.

Lyrics:
If it rained, everyday, tears would fall as life floods away.
Behind the clouds, the sun is shining.
The light is what makes the rainbow.

Time to drain all the pain, (I’m causing) and let the water roll away.
To let go doesn’t mean not caring, it’s pushing those clouds away.

When your near...

I’m dancing! My spirit starts to fly! I’m light as a feather, my heart starts to sigh!
It a joy beyond explaining, no other sport comes close - if art is a flower then dancing's the rose.

Let us sing! Let us fly! Lets dance in the sky!
Let music inspire the song thats inside.
To let go doesn’t mean not caring, it’s pushing those clouds away.

When I watch the sun not shine, how can I say, “It’ll be just fine?”
Every rose needs light to grow - the warmth it brings lets it go.

Time to drain all the pain, and let the water roll away.
To let go doesn’t mean not caring, it’s pushing those clouds away.

You will find that happiness is waiting on your way.
You will find that heaven is getting nearer each day.

Time to drain
Let us fly
All the pain
Let’s dance in the sky
Let music inspire
Let the water roll away
and sweep you away

To let go doesn’t mean not caring, its pushing those clouds away.
Let us sing! Let us fly! Lets dance in the sky!
Let music inspire and sweep you away.
To let go doesn’t mean not caring, it’s pushing those clouds away.

Let us sing! Let us fly! Lets dance in the sky!
Let music inspire the song thats inside.
To let go doesn’t mean not caring, it’s pushing those clouds away...
